The team's training program will begin with 3 weeks of physical preparation.
After 2 months of break, is important to come back and slowly return to an initial form.
Our players have to work hard, because summer is a period that will surely make its mark all season long. The club is offering programs for continuous development, so players will have almost 3 months for individual progression.
